Pros
The benefits are fine and work/life balance is reasonable
Cons
The organization is directionless. They are plagued by constant mission pivoting and reorgs that feel like they are just throwing ideas at the wall to see what sticks. Management is very fake. They boast that the organization has a mission of social wellness when in reality their mission has no social wellness impact. Diversity and inclusion are buzz words thrown around but a quick look at the org chart reveals that the organization doesn’t put diversity and inclusion into practice. Leadership is overwhelmingly cliquey. Promotions are based on who you know rather than performance. Middle management is unengaged and provide little to no guidance. Leadership claims to love feedback but are too immature to accept anything but the most positive of feedback. Executives seem desperate for money as the chauffeurs run dry. They have been unsuccessful in their endeavors to acquire additional funding and clients. The product doesn’t seem to serve any real value to prospective clients as it appears to be a solution looking for a problem to solve.
