Great coworkers, If tedious and mundane fulfills your day this is place is for you (production area). No desire for real crosstraining or new technique learning in the foreseeable future this is your place. 60 percent of the time is actual work..the rest of the time just look busy the compensation is the same. Apparently so is the work flow .

Read the pros. Except for great coworkers. Again my experience was only in production area.
