      - Very slow (resistant at times) to positive changes - Leader in the rehab department micro-manages, which causes low morale, stunts company growth, and high turnover.

      Health insurance needs to be a little better (lower deductible and lower to no co-pays) and better PTO accrual rate

      Pros

      Amazing Physicians who care about their employees. My coworkers are like family. Been at O1 for a long time and I would not change it for anything.

      Cons

      Need to be fairness amoung the different departments.
