      Pros

      Nice atmosphere among most employees and physicians- physicians are very respectful. Values patient care. Nice facility. Several locations and types of services.

      Cons

      Very unapproachable management team, has really went down hill. Poor lack of respect among staff from management- obvious favoritism displayed for all to see. Bullying from management to staff. The 3 starts is solely due to physicians interaction. Management is undeserving of a star.

      Great culture and work balance.

      Cons

      Health insurance needs to be a little better (lower deductible and lower to no co-pays) and better PTO accrual rate

      Pros

      Amazing Physicians who care about their employees. My coworkers are like family. Been at O1 for a long time and I would not change it for anything.

      Cons

      Need to be fairness amoung the different departments.
