HR and managers are very childish and unprofessional; they strive off of 'middle school' behavior and favoritism. Office managers have the say over all the personnel except the physicians. Extreme favortism exists among certain employees and no matter how well you do your job, you will be ostracized, written up and forced to quit or be fired if you don't fit in the 'click.' Most unprofessional office environment I've ever worked at, which explains why the turnover rate was so high and also why they're always hiring.
