Pros

Center has some excellent nurses. Most doctor's are very nice.

Cons

Center does not have what it takes for employees to do their job. Pushed to get patients done and out the door. Management does not care about the staff and their needs. No flexibility in scheduling work days. Must be there when center tells you to be. They do really big cases that should be done in a hospital. No help for turnover and cleaning. Must be willing to perform all jobs and wear many hats.

Pros

OrthoAtlanta has a true patient-first mission, and it feels rewarding to be part of a team that’s making a difference. Leadership is approachable, coworkers are supportive, and there’s real opportunity to grow as the organization expands. The benefits are solid too, which makes it a great place to build a career.

Cons

Because the organization is growing quickly, things can move fast and priorities sometimes shift, which takes flexibility. Some of the systems and processes are still catching up, so there can be a learning curve as new tools roll out.

Wonderful staff except the manager!

Cons

Techs had to work alone examining up to 100 patients with all kinds of orthopedic problems! Manager was not helpful! Equipment was sub optimal
