Pros

None. I have worked there for almost 5 years. Very hostile and stressful environment. Unless you're in desperate need of money then stay away.

Cons

I have to say that I definitely agree with all the reviews that I've read so far. Management is terrible. They do not like to take advice from anyone. They treat their employees like practical slaves. They overwork their employees and pay them the bare minimum. They also try to pile on 2 or 3 technicians responsibilities on 1 technician in order to save money. In the end, they do not realize that they're losing great workers because it's frustrating and stressful. Management only care about making money. They do NOT care about the patients. It's all about cutting corners to make a profit. It's really sad that they consider themselves as a Christian company. As a Christian, I would prefer if they remove that title because it's an embarrassment. It deters people from Christianity and ultimately make unbelievers think that this is how all Christians are when it's not the case. There's no room for advancement unless you are friends with management. You can work extremely hard like I did but it will not be appreciated.

Pros

Freedom over how to work your tasks in a day (for now)

Cons

HR department is a joke, they are constantly messing up your pay and benefits, they are unresponsive unorganized and are downright rude. After a wrong paycode was approved for multiple employees resulting in overtime pay being applied to the employee's FULLSHIFT rather than just the overtime worked for MONTHS, emails were sent out to employees saying they owed $100's -$1000's in backpay due to this error. When calculated out it ended up that the employees did not owe nearly as much as they stated as they miscalculated and the number they calculated did not factor in that those were still worked hours that employees needed to be paid for. No apologies from HR or upper management were given for any of these error or the undue stress of employees needing to be paying back such a large sum of money right before the holiday season.
