Frustrated Employee - HTML Developer Ornate Software Solutions Employee Review

1. Worst management I had ever seen. 2. When you joined, they ask you to submit doc. Xerox as fast as you can. But when you ask for offer letter you will get as slow as possible. 3. I work there 6 month, but I cant find exactly where was HR. 4. When I found HR, I don't understand what was his profession. He even don't know how to give an offer/experience letter to employee. 5. His work was just to sit on his chair, watch YouTube videos on YouTube, visit Facebook and last one is to tell employee do your work properly. 6. They expect to do more work, but during salary time you will get only limited amount. 7. There are lots of pros, but you only expect 1% cons. i.e. Time pass.
