Pros

you get to meet some really hard working people who will be much better off if they worked someplace else. I just don't understand why they would waste away their life here.

Cons

A complete sham of a company. This company is registered as a telecommunications company but they are doing software related work. On top of that they tout their product is 5G ready but none of them have a clue what 5G entails. Anyone can whip up a 5G white paper it seems nowadays....hahah. Their business directions have changed multiple times since its inception. That should give you an idea of what kind of company it is. Mainly surviving on government grants. I am not going to even start talking about the CEO....all the negative reviews that you read here are true...and the stuff about "We're changing" is just lip service You can see that statement from reviews in 2016-2017 till today. If someone wanted to change I think that's plenty of time to do so wouldn't you agree? I think they just say that to avoid litigation. Do yourself a favor and others .....just don't ever join this company. If only I could choose 0 stars but unfortunately 1 is as low as you can get.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback, I’ll make sure to pass this over to the executive team and take actions to continue in our process to make some positive changes. For example, in the past year and a half we being able to reduce the turnover by adding great benefits and perks, communicating better and having more defined goals and objectives. Our top priority is our employees. They are our most valuable asset and because of that we always treat them with respect and in a very professional manner. We have tried to make people who work outside Canada feel that they are as important as the employees that are here, that is why we are implementing similar benefits and be competitive in the market. Everyone contributes to the success of this great company!
