Pros

The only interesting advantage is to work with interesting technologies and having the benefit to be able to build something since it is a startup

bad pay employees are unfairly treated and given false hopes the CEO micromanages everything and everyone and bottlenecks everything in the company you build on sand - everything you see that seems solid is subject to sabotage due to a sudden change in priorities or vision that will spoil what you are doing pressure. so much of it. Work hard, don't work smart - if you work 60 hours (paid 40) the management will believe you are doing exactly what needs to be done. Indeed they won't figure out how wrong you did everything because of the short sighted approach of your work. It really is all about doing now and thinking later. We all know (all but the upper management) how this will end.

Hi, Thanks for the feedback, I’ll make sure to pass this over to the executive team and take actions to continue in our process to make some positive changes. For example, in the past year and a half we being able to reduce the turnover by adding great benefits and perks, communicating better and having more defined goals and objectives. Our top priority is our employees. They are our most valuable asset and because of that we always treat them with respect and in a very professional manner. We have tried to make people who work outside Canada feel that they are as important as the employees that are here, that is why we are implementing similar benefits and be competitive in the market. Everyone contributes to the success of this great company!
