      Pros

      There are some really lovely people working at Ormiston, who are really committed and passionate about improving the lives of children. Some great teachers and support staff.

      Cons

      High levels of vacancies, not much focus on looking after people. Workload and wellbeing. More training for support staff needed, and for managers.

      1.Bullying there is incredibly bad 2.A student In year 10 had a tremendous amount of classmates being horrible to her so she had to isolate herself from other peers
