      Pros

      Belongs to a large parent corporation Danaher. Years in the medical device industry.

      Cons

      They grossly discriminate, age, gender, personality, you name it. They encourage bad behaviour and neglect loyal, honest employees. They promote people who don't know what they're doing and over look people who know what they're doing.

      Pros

      I got to work on a very interesting project with amazing people. The experience I gained was invaluable.

      Cons

      Management was a bit "all over the place" and I was eventually let go immediately after requesting higher pay due to feeling that I was doing more than the work of a full-time engineer.
