Pros
The auto scheduling system they have and the notification system for the customers is good when it works properly. Boots and uniforms are supplied by the company as well as hats, belts, and anything you may need for appearance.
Cons
The last manager I had is what killed my time at Orkin. Emphasis was on profit instead of people. The amount of work we do at orkin is dumb and unnecessary, simple accounts are made overly complicated because of orkin policy and prices they charge customers. Cameras in the truck are good when needed to defend you but also make you feel that big brother is always watching. People were sent all over the place and no one really had a set route. Everyone covered everything
