We appreciate your tenure and service with our organization. You hit the mark about our purposeful careers and that Orkin is looking to bring in the next generations of talent. However, bringing in new talent is designed to be a complement to our tenured team members, not as you state driving current staff out. For example, new talent can diversify our workforce in the areas of women in non-traditional industries, attracting transitioning military, graduating students and those with experience outside our industry.
