Fair pay and benefits, awesome regional manager

You are a manager but cannot make management decisions for the good of the community, that all has to come from the corporate office regardless they are not on the property unless they have to be like when an owner shows up so they can take credit for what you have done. You can't get anything done because they don't pay their bills.
