      Cons

      Orica Ph is the only workplace where I did not feel welcome. Full of accountants who were insecure and jealous that my salary is higher than them just because I speak Spanish. Even I am not accountant, I felt the task was manageable but they did not give me the chance.

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
