Good superannuation scheme, nice uniforms , good vehicles, good ergonomics,
Cons
no respect given to employees for there contribution to the company, working up to 18 hours per day meant nothing as termination of job was given the day leave was scheduled. Truth is never told, cover up for those who have relatives in high management. The morals and standards that where developed by ICI have been lost.
