      Pros

      Hard to find a good reason these days. The flexibility and people were the best things, but both are gone. Maybe the Friday BBQ?

      Cons

      Constant restructuring, no clear strategy, High turnover, senior management with serious ego issues, low morale all make for a very poor experience.

      Pros

      Global leader in segment, safety procedures, and values.

      Cons

      Recently top management is obsessed with generating profits by cutting headcount, leading to higher workloads, and then they talk about mental wellbeing. In 2026 the strategy is only to generate profits, even if it means we risk our own sales.
