Origene has many helpful and collaborative employees. Team members are often willing to support one another. When you ask for assistance, most people are responsive and well‑intentioned. Day‑to‑day interactions are professional and polite. Managers and senior staff are accessible and open to questions or feedback when approached.

The hardware provided for work was under-powered, which can slow productivity and make completing tasks more difficult than necessary. The monitor supplied also lacks sufficient brightness and clarity, which can be straining and makes it harder to work effectively, particularly for detailed tasks. Additionally, the internship program is structured as a full-time role but remains unpaid. Interns are expected to work standard full-time hours and take on responsibilities comparable to regular employees. While the experience can be educational, expecting full-time labor without compensation can place a significant financial burden on interns and feels inequitable.
