I've never worked at a company that more strongly stands by its corporate values. I feel secure working here because we think long term. If you want to work hard alongside great people in a professional environment, it is a great place. Very little room for slacking off from your coworkers or management.

It is a smaller company, and the pay reflects that.

Organized Living is a great place to work. Great pay and great people make the job the best. The benefits they provide are amazing and the work environment is fun, making you want to show up the next day. Hours are great and the pay is great! The work environment is very friendly and a delight to be in. About once a month there are company “cookouts” where they provide the workers with lunch. They also offer “kudos” when you meet or exceed your goals, which you can redeem for prizes and even a day off!

No cons! Organized Living provides a great experience for anyone, whether your interning or working full time on the line!
