No a very professional place to work. Uniform consists of an overcoat (not even your size mine was XXL) let’s say I’m not that size by any means. Own clothes and boots to be worn. No professional manner when talking to you stuck in same position for 8 hours without rotations getting extremely boring and repetitive. Machines always breaking down due to old machines. Stuck together with zip ties and rags. Plug sockets celotaped into plug socket to stop them falling out. One previous plug socket melted due to over using a fan heater how cold it gets in the building. Big heater that doesn’t even get cleaned produces also of dirty air getting blown around and makes people feel sick. Use of mobile phones while driving forklift trucks is often seen. Note: signed a document saying no use of mobile phones on the work floor as termination of position will happen. Highly depressing place to work. Smell of weed is a daily thing. Always cold in winter wrap up in many layers of clothing.
