Pros

At one time, they did have a nice and very friendly team (with little to no politics). The work was also very fast paced and varied.

Cons

Obsessed with knowing every single detail you are working on, absolutely no trust what so ever. The micro managing at Oreta was at another level. You can see this came down from the two Directors who had no trust in their staff. The culture also turned a bit toxic with a lot of the staff back chatting and not standing up for things when they knew the way the team was being directed was not at a professional level. They pitch they have a lovely culture but behind the scenes is a very different story.

Pros

There is not a single positive thing I can mention about this pathetic company.

Cons

Here comes the list :- 1) Worst management 2) All Politics No Work 3) They cannot sustain an employee for 6 months and portray as if they are the most employee friendly company 4) Disgusting HR who has 0 knowledge of employee retention and policies 5) Bootlicking (Chaploos) people being promoted to Head level within 1 year as they only say “yes” to everything and work as donkeys and keep snapshots of employee teams status to later use against them while firing unethically

Pros

Its a fun place to work and learn Good salary package as per industry - Mohali Great timings - early shift Monthly team events Quarterly Parties with all staff Annual Gala for Awards, Rewards and Recognition. In the past year or so there have been many positive changes in the organisation which have led to the management rebuild their strategy and vision for achieving long term goals. The company has expanded to various geographical horizons from Melbourne & Sydney to Dubai and Saudi Arabia. Hence the exposure to the work which you'll get is extensive. There is a lot of learning and development on the job and the Leadership always promotes the employee for various certifications and get on the job trainings which is sponsored by them. The management ensures to have a monthly review with all of the employees and does understand their concerns, if any.

Cons

Early shifts might not suit everybody but once you get used to it then its the best. I've worked in UK and US shifts as well but ASPAC shifts always felt better
