      Some of the leisure actives such as running volleyball and table tennis, flexi, holidays people

      Cons

      Micro management, HR pretty much run the place. Pay is low compared to other companies, yet HR are overpaid compared to other HR departments in other companies Delivering success bonus, pay is corrupt system which is rigged. The whole system needs a proper independent audit. No direction.

      World leaders in their field. Interesting developments and international activity. Excellent employee restaurant at head office. Good location, close to M27

      Old "civil service" mentality amongst some of them can be frustrating to work with
