Pros

- People... Leadership has a proven track record of success... both in the SaaS world and restaurant tech space - Product... it solves a real pain... besides the fact that all restaurants serve food, they all struggle with archaic processes around inventory, invoicing, food spend management, and accounting - Market... it's a greenfield... the tech available to restaurants in the past consist of spreadsheets and POS systems.. . none of which effectively address those back of house concerns mentioned earlier -Process... inside sales model (contrary to field sales)... freemium product that drives inbound leads every month... yes... inbound leads... -Plan... proven go-to-market strategy... already executing on the scaling process... Culture of accountability... leadership invests in their people, both professionally and personally... If you're looking to learn, build a skill set, and be a part of a success story, this place is for you.

Cons

- Startups aren't for everyone - The margin for error is razor thin - If you're looking for Foosball, Kegerators, or a WFH policy, check down at the ATV.

Pros

Pardon the length of this review but these are things you need to know: INBOUND LEADS - need I say more? You never have to prospect. The leads are sent to your inbox within seconds of a download.. yes, I'm being serious 0 micro-management. This can't be overlooked.. you're trusted to come in daily and do your job. There's not going to be a manager or supervisor breathing down your neck all day. Coaching/Feedback... every sales rep here is a leader and won't hesitate to provide tips on how to get better. I was a top producer in my last role and left to join the team at Orderly... I was humbled, in a good way. The feedback everyone provided allowed me to improve as a sales professional. I came to Orderly to learn and grow. Those promises have been delivered on. There's a reason we close more than half the customer we demo... the app works. It helps restaurants save time and money. Every. Single. Day. Dress code is casual

Cons

Long hours... but let's be serious.. if you're in sales and working for a startup you should expect that. Lack of industry knowledge hurt me at the start, but that comes with time. SMB customers are a unique group to have as your target market. Don't interview if you're not up for the challenge. It requires patience and the ability to connect with blue-collar people.
