Horrible communication among the different departments of the company. The boyfriend of the head of the company almost gave me a heart attack and was terrorising me almost for a year with his unprofessional attitude, even though he doesn't even work in the company and is not an employee. Very poor attitude towards the position I was working in. No work-life balance whatsoever. No benefits, just nothing.
