I've been working for Orca Security for 1.5 years and I want to share that Orca Security is an exceptional employer making a positive impact on my professional growth. Orca provides a supportive work environment where employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed as well as great growth opportunities. Working in Orca also allows me to maintain a great work-life balance. Orca provides excellent conditions for the employees’ hobbies: we have a music room and a gym, and also yoga and CrossFit classes are provided. It’s also worth mentioning Orca’s office: along with comfortable working rooms, we have breakfast and lunch served and barbeque on the roof every week. For every holiday Orca gives the employees valuable gifts, as well as small nice presents in between. I highly recommend Orca Security as an employer.
