Pros
Dynamic environment, creativity and innovations are valued highly, great company for people with strong emarketing and/or technical skills. Hours are reasonable and work-life balance is OK. Gay-friendly environment.
Cons
Online agencies severely impacted by economic conditions, some jobs are "dead end" (no room for advancement). Some senior staff member don't have enough relevant experience. Many senior leaders are intelligent but do not have good management skills.
