Pros
Comfy casual environment. Many nice, diverse, intelligent co-workers. Flexibility to work from home and time off is great! The company tries hard to offer many social gatherings and happy hours which is nice to socialize with coworkers from other businesses within the company. Travel knowledge and perks are nice too when they are available.
Cons
Different businesses within the company are pretty silo-ed. Priorities are a bit backward, adding new functionality before improving the old. It such an intricate web of a system for such a young company. Two separate internal websites for employee information makes things confusing - for a web-based company, you would think this would be more easily streamlined.
