      Pros

      Large Company, latest technology, global reach and opportunities. A great company to work for if you are starting your career.

      Cons

      Being large has it's downsides. Orange Business Services is a subsidiary of France Telecom, a large, bloated, publicly-owned utility with very little flexibility and rigid business practices.

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

      Pros

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Cons

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
