      They have a very good working environment and are always up to date in the market.

      Cons

      The salaries have not increased in while, so this was an issue. After we continuously voiced our opinions for increases in pay.

      Compassionate employees and very patient. I got a pay increase without even asking after one year

      The work environment and management are good, with a healthy work-life balance, but this only applies to certain teams, not universally across the company.

      Cons

      Old employees are paid less (or receive worse salaries) compared to new hires, even when holding the same job title or responsibilities.
