Good HR policies being a french company, where you will get 30 days of company holidays?

1. The politics, the people who joined in 2005-07 are the 'ruling class' they decide who will get promoted, who will get the new opportunity. The hierarchical culture and not talent gives you promotion. Most of the hiring in 2010-2012 were based on 'personal recommendation' resulting in trash entering organization. 2. There is no accountability of any manager there, I am aware of around 20 odd folks who left org in six months complaining about the same politics yet the manager who was leading the team got promotion!!
