Pros
Formal national company, which has good benefit package for employees. Formal employee has 5 weeks paid vacation, and up to 20 days RTT. That makes around 9 weeks paid absent days.
Cons
Company constantly uses interns and short-tern employees, in order to avoid labor costs. Bureaucracy and heavy and flat hierarchy allow few opportunity to get promotion. Very hard for native graduates to get CDI not mention for foreigners.
