Orange is a very caring and secure employer , everything is done to create comfortable place to work , lots of events dedicated to employee development and satisfaction
Cons
1/ there is no much distinguishment in recognition between those who put a lot of efforts and those who just do some light job, it creates an environment of mediocrity and thus also unfairness 2. salaries are low compared to other international companies
