On the surface Orange is solid. They hire great people and it seems like an amazing agency to work for. Internally there are a number of serious issues that has caused a lot of staff and client turn over. Staff spend most of their time cleaning up the mess of older projects instead of working on new ones. Projects get sold with unrealistic expectations. There is no hr. No earning potential. Salary is under the industry standard and any conversation about it gets side stepped. Some long standing staff have issues with change or new ideas. The drinking culture can be uncomfortable.
