Studio Oh/ Orange Circle Studio (Now goes by Whimsocal) is a sinking ship. A company who once proudly paraded that they uplifted women artists and stood for a good cause is now just a hallow shell of what they once were. They’ve laid off a substantial amount of their staff in the last few months. In a society where losing your job to ai is a real and genuine threat and the proven massive negative environmental impact it creates, the company is championing its use and encouraging very heavy-handedly that everyone must start using it for as much as they can in their workflow. Upper management only cares about their own livelihood, providing no advocacy for their employees and forcing unreasonable deadlines for an insulting amount of pay. They have begun outsourcing entire teams of people who have been with the company for years and chase profit over morals. Studio Oh (Whimsocal) is a spineless and greedy company that will turn and burn every employee until there is nothing left. Do not take a job here.
