Pros
Great experiences as long as you are self motivated, are willing to put in the overtime (OT is expected but not appreciated) and have thick skin
Cons
Not a flat company (I.e Interns are not to talk to upper management without going through the "proper channels"), there is no direction as everyone is annoyed with having to describe the events to new employees each year (the company is less than 30 employees throughout the year and doubles as they enter their "busy" season aka September - January), there is no real opportunity to network (despite having over 350 successful committee members "constantly involved" employees are discourage from "bugging" the members)
