      Your day to day higly depends on the manager you have. Some of them are more flexible, others aren't. They have recently adopted a work from the office policy for almost every day.

      Once, this was a 5-star employer. However Oracle ownership has been extremely detrimental, essentially destroying the once-vibrant company culture. In addition Oracle has made it clear that they're no longer investing in the software business, pivoting to an AI infrastructure business, meaning that growth potential is extremely limited.
