Company policies are good (how much you will actually see implemented is your luck), if you are lucky you will be in hot skill / paid areas with regular hikes and work life balance. If you are in the Hot skill you can join.
Cons
Apart from Hot skill areas all others are treated to work 24*7 with no hikes , growth in knowledge unless you know how to be in manager's good eyes and an agent to ruin others. Benefits > Avg, Being such a huge organization, Parents insurance isn't covered.
