Tumbling Company - Technician Oracle Elevator Employee Review

Look at all the reviews that are over 4 stars ALL MANAGEMENT......That's what this company does well. Oracle is an investment company not for the technicians. It is all about selling itself as a great company that's the investment game. Oracle elevator does nothing for the technicians its a sink or swim system. Ask any technicians how they are trained. They are trained by field technicians on the fly. The turnover rate is high. The upper management are not elevator technicians and seem to have the corporate mind of selling itself not having the skills to train or even help on elevators but write reviews how great the company is to work for.....
