Company treats employees very unfair and disrespectful. They fire employees every week you see people come and go there. Management is extremely rude, they yell at you and work in a dictatorship kind of way. You can try your best and they will always point the negative things on you. They will take away from you any good project that you bring to the company with highly paid commisions just because they can and tell you that if you dont like it you have the option to leave the company. Employees work in a very stressfull environment and always afraid of losing their jobs. There is no one to report all this bad situations at this company. Human resources department is just a facade that does what high management wants.
