The talent field was top notch at one point of time. And you would get a lot of help from that talent pool. Made working there a very good experience.
Cons
- Opus is a family run company. Nepotism is at an all time high. - Women, this is not a company for you. High levels of sexism. - The managers and the top management is the primary reason this company will sink. No communication skills and zero resource management skills. Be prepared to hear dirty threats from them. - The sales team is a joke. No clients have been acquired by them yet. - The HR is a mafia of its own. Zero manners. They would remind you of credit card collection agents. They even go to the extent of telling you that they own the company and that you should not argue with them. - The CEO has no idea of what his managers are up to. - Managers have lost projects within a span of a year and somehow been appreciated for it. - Senior employees are given no respect. - Managers throw their hands up in the air when made aware of a problem because they really hold no power. They cannot make decisions. - They lack employee retention skills. - It used to be an easy going company. Now you feel there are dictators working here. - Politics is terrible.
