      Pros

      Free Parking and good vacation policy.

      Cons

      Requirements change day to day and forced upon the developers to make changes. Should be an agile approach but waterfall is being used. Every engagement with the head of product is a battle instead of a conversation.

      Fully remote, pay is ok, my team is excellent.

      Upper management, as usual, has no idea what is going on.
