Cons
Some brutal but truth of this company and this will be pain in the @$s: - Horrible management especially XX and HR. There are a lot of stupid rules, especially HR rules. - Outdated and old-fashioned HR management, ineffective leadership and archaic policies with no real focus on employees well-being, career development or work-life balance. - The leadership here is stuck in a dinasour era, completely outdated and out of touch with modern management practices. - The leadership's lack of trust in employee is suffocating. Instead of empowering the team, they focus on controlling every small detail, leaving no real room for personal growth or creative input. There is no clear direction, and any attempt at offering new ideas or suggestions is met with resistant or outright dismissal. It's clear that the leadership is not interested in improving the company, but rather sticking to an outdated way of doing things that no longer works in today's fast-paced world. - We don't leave the company. We leave for bad management. This is the worst place ever I worked for, in a stuck organisation with a micro-manager who doesn't care about their staff development and there is no growth. - Flat structure. Don't have clear job and no proper job scope and responsibilities. They ask you to do manager job but pay executive level. - No real room for growth!! Only if you are one of the favourites! - The employees are made to feel less and are not appreciated. Lunch appreciation or pizzas doesn't count but $$$ does! - Favouritsm. - Please retire off the super senior management. Stay at home! - My piece advice, don't work here! The list can go on forever. Not the best company. Will not recommend this company to anyone.
