      No salary delays, deserving ones get the right and satisfying salary package, I have got what I wished for. Performance based hikes and promotions, Hard work and work dedication is appreciated and we have opportunities to innovate and work on development of unique solutions. Very optimistic office atmosphere.

      Free lunch and Winter break.

      Cons

      This is a 'Lala' company where the CEO treats his employees as servants. They have to either fall in line or move out. He is not open to ideas. It is his way or the highway. His 2 kids are in executive roles and do NOT add any value. This is dying company with absolutely no future,
