I appreciate the feedback and am glad to hear that you believe we have been successful over the years in growing the company. As with any organization, we are definitely experiencing growing pains and truly appreciate the efforts our employees are contributing every day. We are working with a number of consultants that are helping me in transforming the organization. With any transformation, this can take time and effort.
