Thank you for taking the time to provide thoughtful feedback. We appreciate hearing about your personal experiences and are happy to hear that you enjoy working at Optym. We are solving complex problems faced by our clients that have never been solved before. We are making impossible possible, so we agree that sometimes project teams need to work longer hours to meet deadlines, and we truly admire their hard work on such occasions. We are trying to minimize these through proper planning and resource assignment.
