Pros
Optoro invests in building an incredible team, and everyone is very inquisitive, collaborative, and supportive. Hands down the best first full-time position I could have asked for, as each day brought new challenges and lessons at an incredible office.
Cons
Things move fast and aren't always perfect at a company that's breaking ground in a growing industry, which can cause some confusion when decision-making processes aren't trickled down perfectly. Employees however have a chance to voice their concerns at q&as, which helps vocalize and elevate frustration to management.
