From the beginning, everything that was stated to me came to fruition. As a consultant, I have easy access to the account manager who responds within a few hours if not immediately. The account manager I have answered all of my questions honestly and did not misled me about the engagement or anything else. She understood my expectations and I understood the expectations of the client. There is consistent communication with the account manager. The onboarding process is automated, organized, and simply a breeze. I was amazed at how fast everything proceeded. If you do have questions, they are answered with a phone call or email. The team members working in HR are very helpful. Time sheet information is also automated allowing the consultant to provide a synopsis of daily activities and allows the client to sign off on what is documented. Again, the best I have experienced as a consultant. Everything is managed through a web portal. Overall, this has been and continues to be a great experience. They partnered me with a good client and everyone involved is engaged and communicates.
