      Pros

      Steady work, seems like a growing company.

      Cons

      I enjoy my work but often feel like a faceless employee or number in my company. HR is not my favorite to deal with and benefits are very light. Also few site visits or checking on how you're doing.

      Pros

      There are some great people here and the training program prepares you pretty well

      Cons

      The culture is highly metrics-driven, which can make job security feel uncertain. Employees may be placed on a performance improvement plan after one underperforming quarter, even following periods of strong success. Expectations often remain unchanged despite broader market challenges, creating significant pressure during slower business cycles. Super hard to make good commission.
