Pros
WFH that's about it. The CEO seems to want to make it a decent place to work, but honestly it's not and probably never will be. The pro was me leaving the organization and finding happiness in my new position. It was refreshing to actually work for an organization that cares about their employees.
Cons
I can only attest to the corporate environment versus the managed service environment. Optiv unfortunately has several incompetent individuals in positions of leadership internally. I personally was subjected to virtual torture by my manager and when I complained to HR I was retaliated against. If you work for this organization be prepared to potentially work in a hostile work environment with zero support from HR. They will always take the managers side. The benefits are absolute trash as well so keep that in mind. They were open about that fact going in.
